Better Finance Stories

There are many companies who are into motor trades insurance thus giving tough competition to each other. When I worked for one suchmotor trade’s insurance company some 4 years ago, things were different then. Though I still work for the same company, we never had to face stiff competition as there were few other motor trades insurance companies who were competing with us but we still managed to deliver good service as my company had some excellent managers who well fore casted that we may have to face competition in near future and in order to keep our business running, we have to perform well and also need to ensure that our clients are always happy and satisfied with our services. This is what made us the leader in motor trades insurance business.

I was one of the most sincere employees in my company and liked to work under the guidance of my managers for whom I had great respect. We never ever felt discriminated as we were all given equal treatment by our seniors and this kept up united. We always worked for 9 hours a day but at times when we were asked to do overtime to complete some pending work, no one ever complained for asking them to do work after shift. I had an excellent group of team mates who were very dedicated to their work and were also passionate of what they are doing. Since we all liked to go for trekking or rock climbing, we always meet on Sunday for trekking. Trekking used to keep our spirits high and it also helped us to know our team mates in a better way. I made some very good friends out there and learned more about motor trades insurance business.

However just 2 years ago, the management decided to expand it's branches all over the country and since our team was one of the best performers in our circle it was chosen to move to other cities to train employees of our company. In this way, our team got divided and my team mates went to different circles. Initially, we were not that happy with the decision of the management but we all had to respect their decision as we knew that it was for the betterment of the company and on top of that we were getting an exposure to enter into management level after being into clerical position for a long time. So no one wanted to waste this opportunity and we all had to move to different states of the country.

We now keep in touch with each other via emails and through phones. I wish we can again come together and work in the same department so that no one misses anyone.
